I enjoyed this one so much, I plan on buying the next two. I don't like to win by cheating, so I don't look for those. If you get stuck, check out the forums here, or you can check the internet or even youtube for really great walkthroughs that do not include cheats. Sometimes I played this when I was too tired, and just seeing it when refreshed showed me where I went wrong. then went back and got the gold ones later. What I did was completed the whole game with silver medals when I did not get the gold, and went on until the end. If you cannot finish it within that time, you do have to try again, but I never had that happen, there is a tougher time to get the gold medals though. If you cannot get everything done in time, no worry the game is rather forgiving and allows you to continue the storyline with a silver medal. I wish you could get a bonus hidden level or something fun for getting all the golden trophies, but it is their first game. At each stage, you will interact with the characters and make. The main story mode has a lot of chapters each chapter has a lot of stages. The first thing you need to know is this is a dress-up game with a story mode gameplay that features choices mechanics. I think there is a very decent tutorial to get you prepared for how the game works, and also a feature of building your castle when you get everything done by nightfall. Getting Started With The Dress Up Time Princess Basics. The graphics are nice, with cut scenes, and a cute storyline. The music is very nice, I would have liked to see a few different tracks, but it was not overwhelming nor annoying. If you enjoy games like Zeus, or Roads Of Rome, chances are you will like this game. You have to decide what path to take, there are supplies to pick up, roads to repair, wood to chop, gold to gather. There are 40 levels, and It has some strategy to it. I'm looking forward to playing both the sequels to this game as soon as I have time.Ī Charming Time Management Game! I really like this type of time management game. (However, if you want to move on you also have the option to continue the story and can re-visit any level later on to try to finish on time.) I had to replay some of the harder levels quite a few times and choose a better strategy to succeed - however I always found this challenge fun and stimulating rather than frustrating or tedious. It is simple but fast-paced, and you have to think through your strategy through very carefully in order to finish before nightfall. If you finish a level before nightfall you get to build a new section of a big faery-tale castle for the Princess. The graphics look great and the landscape of each continent has different special conditions or challenges that affect gameplay. You visit four continents: meadows and woods, swampland, deserts, and a northern land covered in snow. The plot is cute and very light: the premise is that you're a knight escorting the Princess safely across the lands by ordering workers to gather resources to construct buildings, build and clear roads, and overcome obstacles. Fun and Addictive! This was my first "time management" game and I now love the whole genre.
